It's May 13th, 2021 - ten years to the day when Superman emereged from the shadows to save the planet. A day in the life of Chloe Sullivan. Much has changed, and not everything was the way it seemed, but one thing is for certain, the best is yet to come.
This story is broken into two parts. Section 1 is a series of vignettes. Three times when Clark does think about Chloe that way (though he'd deny it) and one time when a small change changes everything. Section 2 takes some of the events in Unsafe and rewrites the episode as a Chlarky replacement. (Sorry, no RedK sexy time, but on the upside, no time wasted on Lana deciding if she should give Jason her flower.) Clark and Chloe’s evening is interrupted by a plea for help from Alicia Baker that ultimately brings them closer together…cause that is how I roll!
Chloe is having a bad day at college and it doesn't get better when she comes home to Smallville until she finds a shoulder to lean on. Explains why Gabe, her father, isn't around. Set mid season 5. (Posted on FF.Net back in 2006)
Set after Clark's fight with Doomsday (when he renounced his humanity and walked away) but before season 9 starts.*** Chloe thinks Clark has been sneaking into Watchtower at night to make use of her equipment. She hopes to get proof but gets a whole lot of something else too. (Not exactly dark but Clark is NO saint.) NC-17
(Sequel to Muscle Memory)
Chloe finally gets answers about why Clark has been stealing into her bed every night only to steal her memory away with a kiss. Was it really just Jor-El’s plot to restore the Kryptonian race or were there bigger secrets to uncover? Why does everything come back to the night Clark Kent was declared dead? Can she resist the heat compelling her to give into what Clark wants or is surrender the only hope for her future? The truth remains Chloe’s darkest secret.
Author's Note: Set between the end of season 8 and the beginning of season 9 (though I fudged the timeline a little and assumed she had her little conversation with Emil about the order and delivery of some of computer equipment for Watchtower much earlier, but that really has very little impact on the story)
Summary: Season Six, after Sneeze. That day at Crater Lake For Clark, his near perfect day spent with his best friend at Crater Lake was hampered by two thoughts, Lois’s new gig as a reporter and that freckle faced photographer at the Daily Planet. ---Now with bonus epilogue scene!
Sequel to Clark Kent is Dead.
Chloe battles her own desires when her hidden surveillance system reveals just what – or rather who - Clark has been doing every night when he sneaks into Watchtower. She wants answers and but the truth might be even more confusing.
A Chlarky ending to Smallville. Takes place right at end of Season 9 (Salvation) Story begins at Watchtower minutes before Clark falls from the tower. Clark Kent is dead. Chloe will stop at nothing to change that...and that changes everything.
Winner of the 2012 Smallville Fandom Creativity Award for Best AU!! :)
If Clark Kent was dead, just who was running around Metropolis? Influenced by dreams that call her to the Fortress, Chloe faces a choice of believing in the man or believing in her heart. Chloe must then figure out the key to stopping Zod and the key to all of her dreams coming true.*** Another Chlarky Season 9 fix that fixes everything!
Set between Quest and Arctic. Clark finds out about the Department of Domestic Security coming after Chloe. They have a much-needed conversation. Tempers flare. Truths are revealed. Chlark, but remains mostly within the confines of season seven cannon so stays mostly friendship/preship. Brief Jimmy. No Chlimmy.
Clark ponders his life while Chloe sleeps. It's a good life. Can be read as a stand alone story or as a kind of epilogue to "Good Day, Great Life"
While They Sleep
Summary: Sequel to While She Sleeps. (Less poetic, more prose) Chloe wakes in the middle of the night, looks in on her family. Established Chlark, fits in the A Good Day, Great Life universe.
